Junior Legal Assistant

• Assist with the preparation, formatting, and filing of legal documents
• Maintain and update legal files, correspondence, and records
• Liaise with clients, courts, and third parties as required
• Support the legal team with compliance tracking, reporting, and document reviews
• Perform general administrative duties including scanning, printing, and data entry
• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times

• Matric (essential)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a legal or compliance support role (can include internships)
• Strong understanding of legal processes and documentation
• Excellent administrative, organisational, and communication skills
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Computer literacy (MS Office, especially Word and Excel)
• Must be based in Gauteng and able to work in-office in Centurion
