Key Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Accounting
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in property administration or similar
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with MDA or MRI Property Central (advantage)
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Full finance admin: debtors, creditors, cashbook, billing and reconciliations
- Tenant liaison, arrears management and rental collections
- Monthly billing, statements and utilities recovery
- Maintenance administration and job card control
- Co-ordination of maintenance schedules and property inspections
- Liaising with contractors, suppliers and municipalities
