• Process sales orders, invoices, and contracts; track and maintain records.
• Update customer databases (CRM) and prepare sales reports and forecasts.

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order or delivery issues.

• Schedule meetings and support the sales team with follow‑ups.

• Ensure accurate documentation of sales agreements.

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
