**** Your Role:
** Retail Business Manager As Retail Business Manager, you will be instrumental in establishing Elanco's footprint in the retail market for Pet Health. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving profitable sales growth, optimizing financial performance, and managing the online business to maximize sales and profitability.
** Your Responsibilities:
*** Establish and expand Elanco's retail market presence for Pet Health, ensuring financial goals are met and business growth is achieved.
* Develop and execute strategies for pricing, promotion, and product range management, leveraging industry and consumer trends to maximize sales and profitability.
* Oversee all aspects of the online business, including e-commerce platform management, inventory forecasting, shipping, and customer experience.
* Drive profitable sales growth by creating and implementing annual promotional plans with e-commerce accounts and optimizing financial performance through P&L management.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop best-in-class product content, utilize e-commerce channels for marketing activation, and forecast sales.
** What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
*** Bachelor’s Degree (BSc/BA).
* 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role.
* Knowledge of implementing digital marketing concepts such as SEO, social media, display, and affiliate channels
* Strong analytical skills and excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
** What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):
*** An MBA is considered an asset.
* Relevant experience in the Pet Health industry.
* Relevant e-commerce omni-channel sales experience.
* Strategic thinker with a business-ownership mindset, driven by innovation and personal growth.
* Proven ability to build strong partnerships with e-commerce retailers and manage vendor relationships.
