About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a skilled Management Consultant with a focus on Strategy & Operations to join their team based in Centurion . You will be pivotal in assisting clients to optimize their operational efficiency, refine their strategic direction, and implement effective business solutions. This role requires a proactive individual capable of identifying operational bottlenecks, recommending improvements, and guiding clients through the execution of change.

You will work closely with diverse teams and leadership to ensure the successful delivery of consulting projects that yield measurable improvements and strategic advantages for our clients.

• Analyze client's current operational processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement.
• Develop strategic plans and operational improvement roadmaps, aligning with client's long-term business objectives.
• Design and implement optimized business processes, workflows, and organizational structures.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client teams on new processes and strategies.
• Provide expert advice on technology adoption, resource allocation, and performance management.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and internal management.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in management consulting, operations management, or a similar strategic role.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex operational data and develop practical, effective solutions.
• Strong project management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
