We are looking for a visually-driven, detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our internal marketing team. You will be responsible for creating a wide range of digital and print assets that communicate the prestige and professionalism of our institution.

• Marketing Assets:
  Design high-converting social media graphics (Linked In, FB, IG) and digital advertisements.
• Academic Materials:
  Layout and design professional course brochures, training manuals, and student welcome packs.
• Brand Consistency:
  Ensure all visual output aligns with CEA’s brand identity and professional aesthetic.
• Presentations:
  Assist leadership in creating polished pitch decks and presentation visuals for industry partners.
• Collaborative Design:
  Work alongside our Videographer and Sales team to create cohesive multi-media campaigns.

• Technical Proficiency:
  High level of skill in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing clean layout skills, typography, and creative flair.
• Education:
  
  A Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Soft Skills:
  
  Ability to handle constructive feedback, meet tight deadlines, and work effectively in a team.
• Bonus:
  Basic knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects) or web design (Word Press/Elementor) is a plus!
