Motion Graphics Designer

We’re on the looking for a dynamic Motion Graphic Designer to join our Brand and Advertising department who can transform ideas into visually compelling stories. You will be responsible to conceptualise, design, and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations that bring creative ideas to life across digital and multimedia platforms, including online advertising, social media, website, videos, and promotional content. You be be required to assist in the development of animation concepts, from initial sketches to final design, delivering all projects are on time and aligned with the brand CI and goals, while supporting the Senior Graphic Designer, Manager:
Brand and Advertising, and broader brand team.

• Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for various digital platforms (online advertising, social media, websites, promotional videos etc).
• Develop storyboards and design the visual sequences for approval by the Senior Graphic Designer, Internal Client and Manager:
  Brand and Advertising prior to animating.
• Assist with storyboarding, asset creation, and the design of key animation frames.
• Maintain consistency in design, style, and overall aesthetic throughout various projects.
• Edit video footage and incorporate motion design elements to produce final deliverables.
• Revise and adapt animations based on feedback from senior designer and team members.
• Keep all designs within the brand CI and visual language.
• Keep reference of all artwork produced in line with the requirements from the FSCA.
• Work closely with senior designers and other team members to execute creative concepts.
• Provide creative input and fresh ideas informed by evolving design and animation trends.
• Contribute to concept development from sketches through to final delivery.
• Guide, work with and assist the Graphic Design Intern to develop their skills.
• Stay updated with new tools, techniques, and design trends to enhance output quality and continually improve skills and bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Explore and experiment with advanced motion design tools (e.g., CINEMA 4D, Adobe Animate, DaVinci, Mocha Pro).
• Apply animation principles and ensure industry-standard best practices are followed.
• Ensure all projects are delivered within deadlines and according to brand and organisational requirements.
• Keep proper reference and archive of all artwork in compliance with FSCA guidelines.
• Manage workload effectively and meet agreed timelines.
