The role will manage and execute external audits of multinational legal entities.

• Prepare and review reconciliations
• Build audit files
• Audit execution – managing audit process from planning to sign‑off, responding to audit queries, ensuring good relationship with auditors
• Work with the business and Central Finance to ensure smooth audit of subsequent years
• Internal control reviews to ensure readiness for more efficient auditor approaches (Controls audit vs Substantive audit – reduces sample sizes)
• Proactive Central Finance accounting reviews
• Ensure continuous compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards
• Auditor’s reports to Management – ensure that auditors’ housekeeping findings are addressed

• Must have done audit articles
• Must be fast and detailed

• Advanced MS Excel skills & numerical skills
• High attention to detail (accuracy)
• Ability to deal with complex information and requests
