Head of Finance

As Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving best practices across the finance function. You will work closely with senior leadership, providing strategic financial input while strengthening internal controls and enhancing reporting processes.

• Oversee and manage the full financial reporting function across multiple entities
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Drive compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and internal policies
• Review consolidations and intercompany transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Lead and manage audit processes, including engagement with external auditors
• Strengthen and maintain internal controls, governance frameworks, and financial procedures
• Provide strategic financial insights and reporting to EXCO and senior management
• Oversee treasury, cash flow management, and balance sheet integrity
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting efficiencies

Education: Qualified CA(SA)

• Minimum 4–7 years post-articles experience
• Proven experience in financial reporting, controls, and team or function leadership
• Strong exposure to consolidations and multi-entity environments
• Experience with in a manufacturing industry is highly advantageous
