Our client is a reputable and growing organisation with a strong presence in its industry. They are looking for a diligent Invoicing Clerk to join their finance team and take ownership of the invoicing function.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all customer invoices are processed correctly and timeously while maintaining excellent record-keeping practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and process customer invoices on Sage Evolution
  • Verify billing information and ensure invoice accuracy
  • Maintain invoicing records and supporting documentation
  • Resolve invoicing discrepancies and customer queries
  • Assist with monthly invoicing and reporting requirements
  • Reconcile invoicing transactions where required
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure accurate billing
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures
Qualifications

Education:

  • Matric (Grade 12)

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an invoicing, billing, or finance administration role
  • Proven experience working on Sage Evolution is essential
  • Experience with in a high-volume invoicing environment will be advantageous

Skills:

  • Sage Evolution
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Strong numerical and reconciliation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
