Assistant Financial Manager

An exciting opportunity exists for an Assistant Financial Manager to join a growing organisation based in Centurion
. This role is ideally suited to a finance professional looking to build on their accounting experience while gaining increased exposure to financial reporting, controls, and business partnering.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and play a key role in supporting the overall finance function.

• B.Com Degree in Accounting
• Minimum 1–2 years' relevant financial management or senior accounting experience
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles
• Bilingual advantagous
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting system

• Assist in managing the day-to-day finance function and monthly reporting processes.
• Prepare management accounts, reconciliations, and financial analyses.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities.
• Assist with asset-based finance and fixed asset accounting processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, policies, and statutory requirements.
• Support audit processes and the preparation of financial statements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Sound financial reporting knowledge
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadline
