• Updating supplier electronic folders and filing relevant documentation
• Capturing and submitting supplier credit applications for approval
• Sending remittances and proof of payment to suppliers and vendors
• Supporting finance reporting activities as required

These responsibilities will help interns develop strong organisational and record-keeping skills, which are essential in finance and accounting careers.

A significant part of the internship focuses on creditors reconciliation processes.

Interns will be expected to:

• Reconcile supplier invoices against approved rates and agreements
• Match creditor accounts to supplier statements
