Credit Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients, brokers, and sales consultants with finance applications.
• Gather, verify, and capture client, company, and financial information.
• Review application packs to ensure all required documentation is complete and compliant.
• Conduct initial credit, KYC/FICA, and document checks.
• Obtain supplier quotations and supporting asset finance documentation.
• Track applications, follow up on outstanding information, and communicate progress with stakeholders.
• Liaise with Credit Analysts and the Credit Risk Manager to ensure smooth processing from application through to approval and payout.
• Maintain accurate electronic records and application trackers.

• Diploma or Certificate in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Credit Management, or a related field.

• 1-3 years' experience in credit administration, finance administration, banking, asset finance, or a similar environment.
• Exposure to finance applications, credit documentation, or lending processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good understanding of financial and company documentation.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage multiple applications simultaneously.
