About the Role

• Assist in the origination and execution of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions.
• Develop financial models, including discounted cash flow (DCF), LBO, and accretion/dilution analyses.
• Conduct industry research, market analysis, and company valuations to support deal execution.
• Prepare client presentations, pitch books, and marketing materials.
• Support due diligence processes for ongoing transactions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and intermediaries.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and corporate finance principles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
