Our client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join their vibrant team in Centurion. You will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, supervising front desk staff, and handling guest inquiries and requests. • Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the front desk staff, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs.
• Train new front desk agents on hotel policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Manage room inventory, reservations, and assist with group bookings.
• Ensure the lobby and front desk area are maintained to high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
• Assist with scheduling and performance management of front desk personnel.

• Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or Supervisor in the hotel industry is required.
• Strong understanding of hotel reservation systems and front desk procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and office software.
• A relevant qualification in Hospitality Management is a plus.
