About the Role

Our client seeks a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead their F&B operations in Centurion . This role is crucial for ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and efficiency in our dining facilities. You will supervise daily operations, manage staff, and contribute to the overall success of the hospitality venue by delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences to all guests.

This is a hands‑on position requiring strong leadership and a passion for the culinary and service industry.

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department, including restaurants, bars, and banqueting.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize operational efficiency within the department.
• Train, schedule, and lead a team of F&B staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Assist in menu planning, service excellence initiatives, and customer satisfaction improvements.

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage sector of hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards, and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Certification in food hygiene and safety is advantageous.
