About the Role

Our client is looking for an articulate and resourceful Concierge to be the primary point of contact for guests at their premier establishment in Centurion. You will be responsible for assisting guests with a wide range of requests, from making dining and entertainment reservations to providing local recommendations and ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, a deep knowledge of the local area, and a proactive approach to guest service, making it a cornerstone of the guest experience.

• Provide personalized assistance to guests, fulfilling requests for reservations, transportation, and local information.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer tailored recommendations for dining, entertainment, and activities.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of local attractions, events, and services.
• Handle guest inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to arrange guest services.
• Maintain an organized and welcoming lobby presence, acting as a brand ambassador.

• Previous experience in a concierge, guest services, or similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent knowledge of Centurion and surrounding areas.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
