Job title: Recruitment assistant

Location: Remote

Salary: R6000/month + commission

Vacancy type: Full-time

Job duties:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all vacancies (training provided)
• Liaise with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Advertise roles, source candidates, and screen CVs
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and coordinate interviews
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain recruitment records, databases, and reports
• Assist with offers, onboarding, and pre-employment checks
• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Immediately available
• Laptop, phone and wifi
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer skills (email, MS Office)
• Willingness to learn and grow in recruitment
• Organised, reliable, and able to manage tasks independently
• Friendly, professional, and confident when speaking to people
• Attention to detail and positive work attitude
