Human Resources Business Partner

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving organisational performance, leadership capability, and cultural transformation. This is an opportunity to partner directly with business leaders and shape people strategies that enable growth in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.

• Partner with leadership to align people strategies with business objectives
• Drive workforce planning, talent reviews, and succession initiatives
• Lead the performance management process and support capability building
• Champion a high-performance, accountable, and inclusive culture
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters in line with SA labour legislation
• Support reward reviews and talent retention strategies
• Deliver data-driven HR insights to inform strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with Centres of Excellence (Talent, L&D, Compensation & Benefits, Wellness)

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, or related field (Honours advantageous)

• 6–8 years’ progressive HR Generalist or HRBP experience
• Experience with in ICT, telecoms, or technology sectors preferred
• Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation (LRA, BCEA, EE Act)
• Proven experience supporting organisational change and cultural transformation
• Experience in medium‑to‑large organisations (500+ employees)
• Exposure to HR systems such as Sage, Workday, or similar

• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Analytical mindset with strong reporting capability
• High emotional intelligence and resilience
• Ability to translate business needs into practical people solutions
