Purpose for the job:
The HR Operations Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the Human Resources and Operational functions by ensuring effective people management, operational efficiency, compliance, and strategic alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Human Resource Management
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned to business growth objectives.
- Ensure compliance with labour legislation and best practice standards.
- Oversee daily operational activities and ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement operational policies, processes, and systems.
- Contribute to strategic planning and business growth initiatives.
- Align workforce planning with operational needs.
- Ensure consultants are adequately supported.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients regarding HR or operational matters
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, non-negotiable.
- Postgraduate qualification (advantageous).
- Minimum of 5 years’ generalist experience and 2years’ of managing teams.
- Proven experience in labour law compliance and operational leadership.
- Knowledgeable and skilled on key HR processes.
