This role is responsible for managing daily operations, driving process efficiency, overseeing compliance and risk management, and supporting strategic execution. The Operations Manager will work closely with internal departments, regional teams, service providers, and senior leadership to optimise workflows, align operational goals with business objectives, and ensure consistent service delivery.
