A leading restaurant in Centurion seeks a Senior Restaurant Manager to oversee operations. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of management experience in a sit-down Restaurant/Bar environment. Responsibilities include managing staff, handling opening and closing procedures, and ensuring effective stock control. We are looking for hardworking individuals with strong team-leading abilities and the capacity to thrive under pressure.
