- Proven experience in telesales, call centre, or customer service roles (preferred)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Good listening skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Be able to close a deal and ensure customer buy-in
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Conduct outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to promote VAS products and services
- Handle inbound customer inquiries related to value-added services
- Handle inbound sales leads, which will be provided
- Assist in obtaining and deriving leads through a multi-phased approach
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions clearly and accurately.
- Identify customer needs and provide feedback on market trends and preferences
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant services to increase customer value
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
- Follow up on leads and pending sales opportunities
- Redirect customer service issues and customer complaints professionally and deliver customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
