We are a UK-based cleaning company specialising in Residential and End of Tenancy services. As our team grows, we’re looking for a motivated Sales Operations Executive – Weekend Shifts to join our remote team and help grow our client base.
The Role:
You will convert warm leads into confirmed bookings, build strong client relationships, and help customers find the right cleaning services. Your work will directly contribute to business growth through excellent communication and consistent sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with warm leads and turn them into confirmed bookings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales journey.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable cleaning services.
Keep accurate records in the CRM system.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Working Days:
Weekend-focused role, with shifts like Saturday–Tuesday or Wednesday–Sunday, depending on scheduling needs.
What We Offer:
On-target earnings of R25,000/month (R8,000 base + uncapped commission).
40 days paid leave annually.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in telesales or direct sales with proven success.
Clear and professional English communication skills (spoken and written).
Able to work independently in a fully remote role.
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems.
Resilient under pressure, able to handle rejection calmly and professionally.
Own laptop/desktop and consistent internet connectivity (fibre or Wi‑Fi) with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps.
