Join a forward-thinking financial services firm as a Business Development Executive. This is a client-facing, growth-driven role where you’ll identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and contribute directly to the expansion of a respected and established brand.
Requirements:
- Matric certificate (required).
- BCom Degree (required).
- Own laptop, reliable vehicle, and valid driver’s licence (essential).
- Experience in sales, business development, or relationship management is advantageous.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Fluent in English (Afrikaans is advantageous
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
- Build and manage a pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with professionals, business owners, and strategic partners.
- Develop and present tailored value propositions aligned with client and business needs.
- Collaborate with internal advisory and product specialists to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Drive sustainable revenue growth and achieve agreed performance targets.
