• Role: New and Used Vehicle Sales Executive
• Location: Centurion, Pretoria
• Industry: Automotive Retail / Dealership Sales

• Prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads through networking, referrals, walk-ins, and digital platforms.
• Conducting professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives for prospective buyers.
• Guiding clients through the entire vehicle selection process across both new and pre‑owned inventory.
• Negotiating sales terms, financing options, trade‑in valuations, and insurance products in alignment with dealership policies.
• Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of vehicle specifications, pricing, competitor models, and promotional offers.
• Managing the complete administrative sales cycle from initial inquiry and finance application to vehicle delivery and registration.
• Fostering strong, long‑term customer relationships to drive repeat business, brand loyalty, and positive word‑of‑mouth referrals.
• Meeting and exceeding monthly unit sales, gross profit targets, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) benchmarks.

• Proven track record of successful sales experience within the automotive retail sector (new and/or used vehicles).
• In‑depth understanding of vehicle financing structures, deal structuring, and local registration procedures.
• Valid South African driver's license with an unblemished driving record.
• Valid foundational certification in motor vehicle sales (where applicable) and regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
