Loans Sales Rep - GP

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proactively source and generate new home loan business.
• Prospect for new clients through referrals, networking, direct marketing and relationship building.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Estate Agents, Bond Originators and clients
  .
• Conduct needs analysis and affordability assessments.
• Present suitable home finance solutions based on client needs.
• Manage the client through the home loan application process.
• Follow up on leads, applications and client queries.
• Maintain accurate application records and supporting documentation.
• Build referral networks and generate repeat business.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Matric / Grade 12 - ESSENTIAL
• Valid Driver's Licence - ESSENTIAL
• Own Vehicle - ESSENTIAL
• Must reside in the area you are applying for - ESSENTIAL
• Minimum 2 years' proven sales conversion experience
  .
• Proven experience in proactive prospecting and lead generation
  .
• Experience working in a target-driven and pressurised sales environment
  .
• Strong administration and computer skills.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.

• Home Loans / Property Finance Sales experience
• Experience in a self-sourcing sales environment
  .
• Existing relationships within the property industry.
