Account Executive

About the Role

Our client is seeking a driven and dedicated Account Executive to join their office-based sales team in Centurion. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing client accounts and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion. You will act as the primary point of contact, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service and strategic account management.

• Manage and grow a designated portfolio of client accounts, ensuring retention and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and engagement.
• Understand client business objectives and demonstrate how our client's solutions can meet their needs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., support, operations) to ensure excellent client service delivery.
• Track account progress, identify potential risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.

• Demonstrable experience as an Account Executive or in a similar client-facing sales role.
• Excellent understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
