This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, understanding their needs, and guiding them towards the best product solutions. You will be a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service both in-store and through remote engagement channels. This position requires a blend of sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic retail environment, contributing to the overall success and growth of the store.

• Engage customers in-store and via digital channels to identify needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Drive sales by effectively presenting product features and benefits, and closing deals.
• Maintain a deep understanding of product offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
• Assist with merchandising, stock replenishment, and ensuring the store maintains a high standard of presentation.
• Provide post-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage loyalty.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and store sales targets.

• Previous experience in a retail sales or customer consultant role is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail software.
