Job Opportunity:
Maintenance Electrician.

Location:

Amka (preferably within 20 km). Type:
Permanent, Full‑time (replacement role). A skilled Maintenance Electrician is needed to ensure smooth operations at Amka’s production facility. The role involves electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs, replacing a team member who transitioned to project work.

• Perform high‑quality electrical maintenance and repairs.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment failures using advanced problem‑solving skills.
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Handle standby duties and after‑hours call‑outs.
• Provide flexibility for overtime when required.

• Electrical Trade Test (mandatory).
• Wireman’s License (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years post‑qualification experience in FMCG machinery/equipment.

• FMCG industry experience with liquids and creams filling equipment.
• Knowledge of PLCs, Variable Speed Drives (VSDs) and Soft Starters.
• Experience working with FMCG machines and equipment.

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive willingness to learn new equipment and technologies.
