- Assist to elevate the team's overall skill level & ensure all work meets stringent quality standards.
- Liaise with customers to explain technical issues, repair processes & recommendations.

- Keep abreast with the latest industry advancements, methods & tools via ongoing education & training.
- Maintain records and compile failure reports.
- Document diagnostic findings, repair procedures, parts used & other key details for future reference.
