Senior Millwright

Job Description

• Supervise maintenance teams and external contractors
• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities and schedules
• Oversee electrical and mechanical maintenance across manufacturing equipment
• Conduct fault-finding, troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Implement and support preventative maintenance programmes
• Drive equipment reliability and minimise production downtime
• Ensure compliance with OHS, quality and safety requirements
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and maintenance reports

• Qualified Millwright – non-negotiable
• Minimum 10 years’ electrical and mechanical maintenance experience
• Extensive maintenance experience within a manufacturing or production environment
• Proven experience supervising maintenance teams
• Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
• Solid knowledge of preventative maintenance and maintenance systems
• Knowledge of OHS requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Trade Tested Millwright
