About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join their facility management team in Centurion . This role is vital for maintaining the comfort and operational integrity of commercial and residential spaces by ensuring heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems are functioning optimally. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of a variety of HVAC systems, providing essential services to clients throughout the Centurion area.

This position demands technical expertise, a commitment to quality service, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a maintenance crew.

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems , including air conditioners, furnaces, boilers, and ventilation units.
• Perform routine inspections and diagnostic checks to identify potential issues and schedule preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex HVAC problems, ensuring systems operate efficiently and safely.
• Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals to guide installation and repair procedures.
• Respond promptly to emergency service calls, providing timely and effective solutions to maintain client comfort.
• Ensure all work performed complies with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations .

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician with a strong understanding of refrigeration cycles and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools , multimeters, and hand tools relevant to HVAC work.
• Ability to work with various types of HVAC equipment and refrigerants safely and efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., NQF Level 4/5 in HVAC) and a valid driver's license.
• Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members in Centurion .
