Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Aircraft Electrical Systems Technician to join their essential maintenance operations in Centurion . This role is critical for maintaining the electrical integrity and functionality of their aircraft fleet, ensuring safe and efficient operations. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all aircraft electrical systems and components. This position demands a high level of technical proficiency, a strong commitment to safety protocols, and the ability to work effectively within a team to meet operational deadlines in a challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, inspect, maintain, and repair aircraft electrical systems, including wiring, power distribution, lighting, and instrumentation.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults using advanced diagnostic equipment and technical documentation.
  • Perform routine checks and preventative maintenance on electrical components to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Ensure all work performed complies with manufacturer specifications, aviation regulations , and company quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities conducted on electrical systems.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure the overall airworthiness of the aircraft.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Aircraft Electrical Technician or similar role.
  • Hold a recognized certification in aircraft electrical systems or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
  • Hands-on experience with various aircraft electrical systems and testing equipment.
  • Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations relevant to aircraft electrical work.
  • Excellent diagnostic skills and the ability to work meticulously under pressure.
