• Perform diagnostics and repairs on a variety of industrial machinery, including production lines, CNC machines, and conveyor systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues to identify root causes of equipment failure.
• Conduct preventative maintenance tasks according to established schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, schematics, and repair diagrams.
• Dismantle, adjust, repair, and reassemble complex machinery and equipment.
• Replace or repair worn or defective parts using hand and power tools.
• Test repaired equipment to verify functionality and performance, ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Document all repair work, including parts used, labor hours, and findings, in the maintenance management system.
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company procedures in the workshop and on the production floor.
• Collaborate with other maintenance personnel and production staff to minimize disruption during repair activities.

• Proven experience as an Industrial Equipment Repair Technician or a similar role in a manufacturing or heavy industry setting.
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Experience with electrical systems, motor controls, and basic PLC troubleshooting is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of various industrial machinery and their operational principles.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills.
