You will take point on assembling precise, competitive bids for high-profile national brands across diverse industrial scopes. This role puts you at the center of customer relationship management, project strategy, and financial success.

• Perform detailed takeoffs and cost calculations for labor, materials, and equipment across complex industrial projects.
• Lead client bid reviews and deliver compelling proposals that communicate differentiation and project value.
• Partner with project managers and purchasing teams to uncover cost-saving opportunities and manage project risk.
• Identify prospective leads and target new markets to build long-term maintenance contracts and client relationships.
• Conduct post-project history reviews to optimize historical cost data and refine future bidding accuracy.

• Proven experience accurately estimating industrial contracting projects (piping, millwright, fabrication, or sheet metal).
• Strong technical background reading blueprints, schematics, and client project specifications.
• Deep understanding of commercial terms, bid schedules, subcontract negotiation, and cost risk analysis.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills required for presenting proposals directly to management and clients.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 or more years of hands-on estimating experience within the industrial sector.
• Proficiency with industry software including Heavy Bid, Sage Estimating, Bluebeam, Pro Core, Fast Pipe, Fast Duct, or Plan Swift.
• Desire to step into leadership roles
