Bilingual Substitute Teacher (Spanish/English)
Position Summary:
We are seeking qualified bilingual substitute teachers who are fluent in both Spanish and English. Candidates must be able to effectively read, write, and teach academic content in Spanish in a classroom setting.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English (oral and written)
- Ability to deliver instruction and manage classroom activities in Spanish
- Capable of reading and writing instructional materials and student assessments in Spanish
- Able to provide instruction aligned with curriculum standards in both languages, as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior teaching or substitute experience in bilingual or dual language programs
- Familiarity with bilingual education best practices
