Dairy Sales Representative - Valley

Clear Innovation is seeking a motivated Dairy Sales Representative to join our growing team and manage a territory throughout California’s Central Valley, primarily from Fresno to Turlock.

Clear Innovation provides dairy hygiene and sanitation solutions, including teat dips, animal hygiene products, CIP and sanitation chemicals, and specialized equipment designed to improve dairy hygiene and operational performance.

This is a full-time, field-based position combining sales, account management, business development, and customer support. The ideal candidate understands dairy operations, enjoys building relationships, is comfortable developing new business, and can provide hands-on support when needed.

• Manage and develop an assigned sales territory from Fresno to Turlock.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively developing new accounts.
• Regularly visit dairies and build relationships with owners, managers, herdsmen, and other key decision makers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate dairy hygiene, sanitation, and equipment solutions.
• Develop a strong understanding of Clear Innovation's products, applications, benefits, and recommended usage.
• Understand competitive products and effectively communicate the advantages and value of Clear Innovation solutions.
• Generate new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and consistent territory coverage.
• Coordinate product trials, demonstrations, proposals, and follow-up with prospective customers.
• Develop and execute account and territory growth plans.
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, prospects, product trials, quotes, opportunities, and sales activity.
• Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager and internal team to support customer needs and achieve company sales goals.
• Assist customers with product application, equipment operation, troubleshooting, and general technical support.
• Perform basic maintenance and service on dairy sanitation and hygiene equipment and coordinate additional technical support when necessary.
• Assist with installation and startup of equipment at customer locations.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions, service concerns, and product needs.
• Represent Clear Innovation professionally and build long-term customer relationships based on service, responsiveness, and trust.

• Dairy industry experience is strongly preferred
  , particularly hands-on experience with dairy operations, milking procedures, animal hygiene, sanitation, or dairy supplies.
• Three or more years of dairy industry experience is preferred.
• Previous sales, account management, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of teat dips, dairy sanitation chemicals, CIP systems, or related products is a plus.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable learning, troubleshooting, and servicing dairy equipment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable approaching prospective customers and developing new business.
• Self-motivated, dependable, organized, and capable of working independently.
• Strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple customer relationships and opportunities.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and electronic recordkeeping.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.
• Degree or education in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Dairy Science, Animal Science, or a related field is a plus.

• Starting pay: $45,000 - $55,000 base, depending on experience.
