Bronco Wine Company in Ceres, CA is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic 3 to troubleshoot, repair, and optimize winery equipment and utility systems. You will diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and control problems, perform major repairs, and drive reliability improvements across production lines.
You will mentor Mechanic 1 and 2 staff, support preventive maintenance, and ensure safe, efficient operation of ammonia refrigeration, HVAC/R, and critical utilities.
