Account Receivables – Staff (Full-Time or Part-Time) / Cuckoo Rental America Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes, including billing, collections, and account reconciliation, preferably within a subscription-based business model
• Lead the preparation and review of AR aging reports, providing insights and recommendations to management
• Lead the development and continuous improvement of collections strategies and processes to enhance efficiency, reduce delinquency, and optimize cash flow

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred but not necessary
• Direct experience working within a rental business model is highly preferred
• Demonstrated success in handling AR aging and significantly reducing past-due accounts
• Prior experience successfully partnering with external collection agencies and interacting with credit bureaus

Salary Range: $ ~ 45K
