Position: Associate Account Services Coordinator  - California


** This is a hybrid role, so candidates should live within a commutable distance of our Oakland, Rancho Cordova, or Cerritos, California offices and be able to work on-site as needed. **


The Associate Account Services Coordinator is responsible for providing daily service and support to both internal and external customers, with a focus on ensuring timely and accurate processing of benefit summary updates. The role plays a key part in supporting account data accuracy within the organization's systems and contributes to overall customer and Delta Dental success. Working in close partnership with Associate Account Services Coordinators, this position delivers high-level administrative support to Account Managers, helping to strengthen the operational foundation of our organization.
