Description
The Warranty Administrator is responsible for processing, submitting, and tracking manufacturer warranty claims to ensure timely reimbursement from Ford Motor Company . This role works closely with the service department to ensure all warranty repairs meet manufacturer guidelines and compliance standards.
What You'll Do:- Review repair orders to verify warranty coverage and eligibility
- Ensure all documentation meets Ford warranty policies and procedures
- Monitor claim status and follow up on outstanding or rejected claims
- Resolve claim discrepancies and resubmit as needed
- Communicate with service advisors and technicians to gather required information
- Maintain organized records of all warranty submissions and approvals
- Stay up to date with Ford warranty bulletins, recalls, and policy changes
- Assist with warranty audits and ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards
- Reconcile warranty receivables and report on claim activity
- Knowledge of Ford warranty policies and procedures
- Experience handling audits and compliance reviews
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
