The Fit Model will try on samples of clothes and express expert knowledge on fit, movement, fabric hand and wearability. The model will try on sample garments that represent a standard customer size.

• Model garments and clothing samples in front of team members in a timely manner.
• Clearly communicate the fit of the garment considering sizing and comfort.
• Monitor body measurements to ensure consistency for customer sizing and address changes with the head of Tech and pattern team.

• Must be able and willing to try on all categories of garments.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must have proper fitting gear and garments as required by the company.
• Flexible and adaptable to a very fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to perform frequent repetitive finger, hand and wrist motions, as well as bending, stooping, reaching, squatting, kneeling, pushing and pulling.

• Measurements must fit the target dimensions of the garment for the standard customer size.
• Must have experience participating in fittings.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision and a proactive work ethic.

A reasonable estimate of the current salary rate is $22.00- $25.00/hr this applies to individuals assigned to work in California and reflects factors such as business needs, experience and training.
