A leading home décor company in Cerritos is seeking a Customer Care Associate. This full-time role involves providing exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and processing orders. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. Bilingual fluency in Spanish is required, with additional languages being a plus. A high school diploma is necessary, while prior experience in a customer service setting is preferred.
