What You'll Be Doing
• Provide 1:1 and small-group behavioral support to students throughout the school day
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and support IEP goals
• Promote positive behaviors and help students remain engaged in learning
• Assist teachers and school staff in maintaining structured classroom environments
• Collect and document behavior data (training provided)
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, school psychologists, and BCBAsYou'll Be a Great Fit If You:
• Have experience working with children or adolescents (schools, ABA, childcare, tutoring, mentoring, SPED, etc.)
• Are comfortable working in K-12 school settings
• Remain patient, professional, and adaptable when challenges arise
• Communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
• Are reliable and committed to supporting student success
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
• Can meet district onboarding and clearance requirements
• Have RBT certification (preferred but not required)
