CMM Programmer/ Operator with PC-DMIS Experience Base pay range

$45.00/hr - $46.00/hr

This dual‑role position combines programming and operating responsibilities for Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) using PC‑DMIS software. The individual will create and maintain inspection programs, perform dimensional inspections, and ensure compliance with engineering specifications and quality standards.

• Develop, edit, and validate CMM programs using PC‑DMIS based on CAD models, blueprints, and GD&T requirements.
• Optimize inspection routines for efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve measurement issues and improve processes.

• Set up and operate CMM equipment to perform inspections on incoming, in‑process, and final parts.
• Load parts, select appropriate probes, and execute inspection programs.
• Verify measurement results, troubleshoot discrepancies, and report findings.
• Maintain calibration and cleanliness of CMM equipment.

• Record and analyze inspection data; prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, ASME, and customer‑specific standards.
• Support first‑piece inspections, PPAP, and Gage R&R studies.
