TikTok Live Streamer

Headquartered in Cerritos, California, we are expanding rapidly and looking for top talent to grow with us.

• Pay Rate: $35 / Hour + Performance-based Commission

• Must be able to work 5 days per week

• Must guarantee a minimum of 2 hours of live-streaming time per session
  .
• Must work in our Cerrito office five days a week.

• Live Recruitment: Host active and engaging live streams on our official Tik Tok account to source and recruit potential live streamers and agents.
• Brand & Ecosystem Promotion: Educate the audience on the Tik Tok LIVE ecosystem, promote the company's industry-leading position, communicate our values and exclusive services, and guide interested creators/agents to apply to join our guild.
• Lead Management: Collaborate with the Operations (Ops) team to record the Tik Tok handles of interested creators during the stream.
• Backend Follow-up: Issue official guild invitations through the backend system post-stream and follow up/remind prospects within one week to complete their application process.
• Content Creation: Assist and collaborate with the production team in creating short-form video content for the official Tik Tok account.
• Event Support: Provide on-site assistance for offline promotional events and corporate activities when required.

• Experience: Prior experience as a Live Streamer (Host) OR in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition is required.
• Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Tik Tok platform culture, community trends, and live-streaming ecosystem.
• Traits: Highly enthusiastic, confident on camera, outstanding screen presence, organized, and proactive.
• Base Hourly Rate: $35.00 per hour.
• Commission: Generous performance-based commission rewards will be provided based on successful recruitment metrics. (Specific commission structures will be finalized after the interview phase).
