LOAN OFFICER SUPERSTARS ONLY – $70K to $250K

Don’t even call unless you are a truly awesome salesperson. You have a burning desire to succeed, are extremely borrower-oriented, highly motivated, and never say die. You develop deep and meaningful rapport with your clients and communicate with piercing persuasiveness. You believe you can be the best in almost anything and everything you do, and you can prove it. Don’t call unless you fit this bill.

Excellent salary/commission structure and benefits. Come build an empire within our highly respected, stable 45 year old mortgage company. If you have bounced around a bit with lenders or even left the mortgage industry and came back, don’t worry because we don’t hire backgrounds. We hire top producers. If you’re average, you can earn $70K with us. If you are a star, you can earn $250K plus.

This is a Call Center Loan Officer position. You would work from the corporate office located in Cerritos, CA.

You do NOT deal with files – Originate the loan then go get another one

• We are Fannie, Freddie, and Ginnie approved. This means we are not just any other lender. We make the underwriting decision on your loan, close it, and then service it inhouse.
• We service 99% of our loans and monitor our servicing portfolio for opportunities for you to refinance our borrowers.

• 1 year experience as a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer

• Must have at least 3 state licenses (preferrably in west coast)
