We're looking for motivated, licensed Mortgage Loan Officers who thrive in a fast paced, high volume sales environment and are passionate about helping borrowers achieve their home ownership goals.

As a Consumer Direct Mortgage Loan Officer, you'll spend your time doing what you do best, originating loans and building relationships with borrowers. Our processing and underwriting teams handle the loan file, allowing you to focus on closing more business and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

This is a full time, on site position based at our corporate headquarters in Cerritos, California.

• Build strong relationships with borrowers and guide them through the mortgage process.
• Originate residential mortgage loans, including purchase, refinance, and home equity products.
• Recommend lending solutions based on each borrower's financial goals and qualifications.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with processing and underwriting teams to ensure an efficient closing process.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and company lending requirements.
• Meet and exceed monthly production goals.

Leverage our complimentary AI Assistant to work more efficiently, improve borrower communication,​ and help you close more loans.

• Minimum of one year of experience as a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer.
• Active NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator license.
• Minimum of two active state licenses.
• Proven ability to build relationships and close residential mortgage loans.
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Self motivated with a results driven mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a performance based sales environment.

• Conventional loans.
• FHA loans.
• VA loans.
• Purchase loans.
• Refinance loans.
• Home Equity loans.

Experience in a consumer direct or call center mortgage environment is preferred.

• Base salary plus uncapped commission.
• Annual earning potential of $70,000 to $250,000+, based on production.
