The Beauty Counter Manager creates personalized beauty experiences while driving sales for the assigned brand. This role combines customer service, product education, makeup and skincare recommendations, and counter business management.
Responsibilities- Provide makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product recommendations tailored to customers' goals.
- Set and achieve sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
- Manage vendor events and promotions, and build strong vendor relationships.
- Maintain an organized, customer-ready department and build customer loyalty.
- Stay informed about beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through training.
- Passion for beauty, customer service, trends, makeup application, and skincare.
- Ability to connect with customers, address concerns, and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Strong multitasking, organization, follow-through, and sales goal achievement skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to move continuously during shifts and lift items up to 25 pounds occasionally.
